The Ops team had a way to see professional installers in this tool, but they didn't have a way to see how pro installers were related to projects for payment purposes.

UML diagram to relate customer, projects, and pro installers.

UML class diagram.

Mapped out objects for core views.

At the project level, I knew I needed visibility into pros, project info, and target info. By mapping out existing fields and new fields—it was helpful for me to see the content required.

The results.

Since this was exploratory work, I crafted a mid-fidelity prototype that covered the main user flows— adding a new project, seeing project details, and making payments.
